Drivers & downloads I installed the driver but the product is not detected.
① Try another USB port. ② Reboot the PC, then reinstall the driver from the Download Center for your Windows version. ③ For external SSD/USB, connect directly to the PC (avoid hubs if possible). ④ If it still fails, contact us with the model name and OS version.
Drivers & downloads I cannot find my product or model in the Download Center.
Use the left panel: category → product line → model. You can also type the model from the label or box (e.g. TZ200) in the search box. An empty list may mean no files are published yet for that model. Contact us with the model name (a photo of the label helps).
Drivers & downloads Should I download the driver, firmware, or manual?
Driver: needed for Windows to detect and use the device (common for external SSD/USB). Firmware: updates the device itself—follow the guide and do not disconnect power/USB during the process. Manual: installation and usage PDF. For detection issues, install the driver first; apply firmware only when the release notes say to.
Product & setup Do RAM and SSD need a separate driver?
RAM and internal SSD (M.2/SATA) are usually recognized by Windows without a vendor driver. Download Center lists extras only when required. External SSD and USB drives may need a controller driver—check your model there. If capacity or slot detection looks wrong in BIOS, also review motherboard and BIOS settings.
